Your First Visit

At Bright Star Dental we are committed to providing everyone with an achievable, long-lasting, healthy and attractive smile. That is what you, our newest Bright Star Dental member, deserves.

Upon being greeted by our friendly front desk team, you will be comfortable in our reception lounge before moving into the clinic with our dental care team. There you will meet one of our qualified dental hygienists, who will consult with you about the process of the appointment and listen to any of your initial dental concerns or problems. Our hygienist will thoroughly examine your mouth, giving you a comprehensive check up before meticulously cleaning your teeth. Dental radiographs may need to be taken at this stage, to assist in the diagnostic process, checking for any dental decay or underlying factors.

One of our dentists will then come into the room and sit with you to discuss the findings from the examination and advise you of the preferred treatment options. When drawing up the treatment plan for your specific oral health conditions, our team will discuss all the details of the procedures, the results that can be expected, time lines, any potential complications and an overview of the costs incurred. Appointment times suitable to you can then be made.
